she considers a bit. Well, it depends on which monk you are talking to. I've thickened my skull more than normal in order to prevent head strikes having too much effect. Considering that I don't really have any active magical abilities, most of my fighting will have to be short range. After having observed many battlefield injuries, I've strengthened areas accordingly. If you needed to kill me, for whatever reason, it would be very hard to do with a weapon unless you were prepared to break open my chest cavity and smash my organs to a pulp, which is not easy. Environmental hazards could still hurt me I guess. Drowning, lightning, fire. Poison, although I'm not sure what poisons still work on my modified flesh. I'm hard to put down. Samantha smiles, then takes a seat. ((Samantha's a battlefield surgeon so discussing stuff like this is not really a problem. She's pondered her own death a hundred times, and she isn't telling you anything that actually endangers her really.)) Interesting... Interesting. Very uhm... Unique. *she writes down a few note and slips the notepad and pencil into her robe before moving to the floor and silently sitting down* I thank you for your time and information. I'd like to clarify that I don't mean to offend or threaten, In fact, if we are to be allies on this pilgrimage, I would greatly appreciate the continued well-being of everyone here. It's just that I have never met a Monk of Flesh in person before. I have studied certain methods and practices for execution, but I have not yet been assigned to kill any. It seemed a waste of opportunity not to ask. By the way, I am Prakasa Ki Jibha, Priestess rank. It is a... pleasure... to be acquainted. *she hesitantly sticks out her hand to offer a handshake, realizes her movements make no noise, and so rubs the leather of her gloves slightly with a thumb*

Well then! I'm glad you all are getting along
I'm sure the Hathians had a very good reason for bringing a member who was emotionally compromised by the presence of the mushroom faith
A very good one
*Despite what he is saying his smile doesn't leave his face, he might even be serious*
So! Down to business
As you know, there has been a recent string of... nappings, in the lands
While I wish that I meant sudden sleeping illnesses, I mean that there have been an alarming amount of missing people reported by the common people.
Even here, which is surprising considering how easy it should be to spot people stealers here
Now before you cut off my head for bringing you here solely for that
That's not the reason, that's the context

*Caigo thinks for a couple of minutes, never taking his eyes off of Dr.Worm. He then smiles, and puts the stone figure back into his sleeve*
Well, I hope to see my brother soon! I still don't know what Road Pilgrimage is though.

I assume you don't You're fairly young to be sent out, I assume that there's a reason for that too The "Road Pilgrimage" refers to a specific passage in many of our books that mention the gods meeting briefly for a pilgrimage to the land of "Jai-Pahn"

you are unknown. The Disciples of Serenity have no records of your kind. that is undesired. however, I sense that you may be overly emotional. please do not misuse your gifts.
