She seems to have taken on the green hue only after entering the hospital. Is it possible some sort of non-grey zone entity infected her and imbued her with some sort of power?

OH WE WEREN'T COMPLAINING. HER MIND WAS...INTERESTING. DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF THOUGHTS THAT CONDIMENTS HAVE? SURPRISINGLY INTROSPECTIVE.
But I thought the condiments would be more amusing.*turning towards Nautilus* Anyway. it is not usual for Greyzoners to shift between zones. Perhaps some anomaly occurred, allowing Green-unit to be viewed? |

She could have, in fact, manifested from her son's desire to have a protector. We know that her core is located in the hospital - her son? We know that she is capable of being reconstituted after what should completely destabilize the few concept layers that she has. We also know that she has no nipples or genitalia - having seen her naked. In fact her form is exactly that of someone who has seen her body with clothes on but not without - her son. She has also been shown to have a resistance to the psychic control that Grey Zoners are so weak to. Finally, her interactions with Dr. Man show that her coloration is not natural. He again affirms that she has a core, but it is stunted - again, her son? I think that the free-roaming concept that her son create may have manifested in the healthy zone of the Hospital.
