A dot moves down the beam. As it approaches the ground, you can see that it is a disc with something in the center. It reaches chest height.
In the center of the disk is an extremely large fetus, completely black. Its shape is defined only by a reddish, glowing outline. The disc rotates around it. The gurgling has increased to maximum volume, now about as loud as an automobile engine. The beams are clearly being emitted from the top and bottom of the fetus.
