A heavily dented metal helm sits upon their head, marked with antler engravings, and a sheet of Chainmail hides the face. What looked like a beard originally descending from under the chainmail, is quickly revealed to be a set of tentacles. Purple squid eyes stare from the holes in the helmet, and their is a necklace of what looks like dried flesh. There are two axes on his back.*

Well we already know what has been causing them

Around a month ago, the perpetrators had been kidnapping from a village near our swamp

Our leader was on hand at the time and was able to catch the perpetrator

...but what we caught... we weren't prepared for

*Edward lifts a burlap bag above the table and opens it*

*A monstrous shape falls onto the table, still*

*it seems human in size but the proportions are wrong, the arms seem to have an extra forearm and the legs are that of a goat*

*The face stares blankly at you as the empty, sunken, black sockets gaze limply, life lost*

*the taught skin is pale with black cracks interspersed on the surface*

*It's mouth seems to be a vertical slit in the middle of the face*

*It is garbed in two pieces of clothing of unknown material. A black shirt with a white triangle that points downwards on the collar with three black dots in a vertical line. On it's head is a black hat that seems to be a cylinder with a long rim*

*When your hand gets close to it the pits on it's head suddenly gain a pupil of glowing white and the creature starts thrashing*

*Three black tendril-like tongues begin to thrash out of it's mouth while dripping tar-like saliva. A deep warped voice comes out as it starts to be heard as it shrieks*

*Edward quickly jabs an opened bottle that seems to be made much differently than normal into the back of the creature's head. A black fluid is drained into the bottle from it as the creature shudders and falls limp on the table. Eyes blank*
