*As you crawl through the black muck, you see an outline. It is vaguely humanoid, with a muscular torso, with a variety of alien and curved muscles, defined by how in between them tv static leaks into this reality, dripping on the floor and taking on a variety of shapes. Its legs are digitigrade, the front of the foot ending in two spikes which firmly plant into the ground, and the back ending in long tentacles, with a mosquito-like proboscis attached to the end. Emerging where arms would be are six tentacles each, which end in round, Pac Man-ish heads, with cookie cutter mouths and piercing white eyes. Long tongues emerge and lick their jagged jaws while they stare at Curious. IT has a tail emerging from its seeming backbone, plated, jagged, and veiny, looking somewhat like a very long and fat centipede. At the very end of the tail is a glowing white light, made up of brazen spirals.* *The most striking aspect of this being is its head. Which is long and pulsating with blue liquids. It is split vertically down the middle, and opens now and them, revealing jagged teeth and a white void at the very back of the throat. It has eight eyes, four on each side of its head. They are made up of multiple overlapping circles, each in different colors, and constantly change in tint. In the smallest and centermost circle is a small, five-pointed star shape. The two eyes on top look at curious, while the others look around.* www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdQ_KwiLjPA*The creature speaks* Which one is this. I smell it. Sweet and soft.
You appear to me. From far away. How you deny the senses. Explain.*Eventually you come across a well in the middle of the path. It is empty. Three hands emerge from the well, emaciated, gray, and covered in golden bubbles, with metal lines where veins would be. It is holding a mirror into the air. The mirror is shiny, but somewhat blurry in spots, and has a single large crack on the left side. The mirror is made from some blackish-grey material, with sparse green spots. It is intricately designed, int he style of spinal cords. At the top of the mirror is a bust of a humanoid face, feminine and with four eyes, each slit. Her hair is straight and long, and her jawline is split from ear to ear, and pointed, looking like, say, a beartrap, with no seeming teeth underneath. She has no nose. A hoarse, but somewhat suave voice croaks from the well.* Welcome, young traveler. What has brought you to my humble hole? Would you like to see the untold timelines? To take power, or maybe even a glimpse of your fate? They're our minions, you USELESS cafone! That's... difficult to answer, sir. Ma'am? Thingamabob. I suppose your difficulties may stem from the fact that I'm not really supposed to be here? It's complicated. Are you familiar with quantum mechanics? I'm certainly not. From what I do understand of them, though, every time something could happen in multiple different ways, reality splits in to a number of different pathways where each one of them happens. And I originally came from one of those that isn't this one. Only some chaos god made it so that there was only one of me, across all of these quantum divergences? I dunno. And now I'm here! Mostly consistently! It could also be the fact that my conceptual being or something like that was altered by that relaxing sauna of condensed infrared light that revealed the secrets of the universe to me. Do excuse me, I'm rambling. Do you know the way to the Luau? I'm trying to find a squid to kill it. ...Luau?
Ohohoho~! Oh, Louis, you idiot. *Follows along behind Louis with a prissy little mincing Spider-Gait, managing to look dignified and ridiculous at the same time.* *Small frown* Lets see what's inside of this place... *You enter into a massive courtyard. Vines and flowers grow over the walls, and all kinds of insects scurry around the ground. In particular are two large, pink flowers, which constantly release sky-blue mists. In the very center of the courtyard is a fountain of green waters, which carry pink bubbles. The fountain takes the form of a statue of a vaguely humanoid, insectoid being. It has the back end and legs of a black widow spider, the thorax of a wasp, though it is covered by a long, queenly outfit and cape, and the head of an Orchid Mantis, though it either lacks the three extra eyes above the large eyes, or they are otherwise covered by her crown, which seems to be made of chitin as well. She has six arms that are like Mantis forelimbs, though they end in humanoid hands, with three digits each. On the palm of each hand is an insectoid eye. Each hand holds a different variation of a chalice, which create the water of the fountain. The most striking and beautiful detail of the sculpture, however, are the massive, moth-like wings sprouting from her back, which are not made of stone like the other aspects of the statue, but rather of fire opals and stained glass.* *There are three doors in the courtyard, one directly to your front, one to your left, and one to your right. Looking up, there are also several windows.*

Later westernized with the American annexation of Hawaii. Celebration typically includes dancing, floral garments, sometimes a roast pig, often a game of competitive limbo...
